A2: The validity of work permits issued to the spouses of foreign specialist professionals and foreign senior professionals cannot exceed the duration of their residence as a dependent. Documents to be submitted as part of any application included an application form, passport photocopy, certified documentation of marriage, a photocopy of an Alien Resident Certificate that indicates “dependent” status and certified documentation showing the other spouse is a foreign specialist professional or foreign senior professional (this requirement is waived if the Ministry can check the information on the website of another government agency) and the original copy of the review fee receipt.

A3: The validity of the work permit cannot exceed the duration of their residence as a dependent.
