In order to boost incentives for foreign experimental education workers to work in Taiwan and satisfy the experimental education needs of dependents of foreign professionals in Taiwan, Article 4 of the Act now designates the experimental education work as defined by the three existing experimental education acts (Enforcement Act for School-based Experimental Education, Act Governing the Commissioning of the Operation of Public Schools at Senior High School Level or Below to the Private Sector for Experimental Education, and Enforcement Act for Non-school-based Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below) as professional work.
