Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals

The Ministry of Labor has established The Ministry of Labor’s Fee-charging Standards for Approving Applications for Case Review under the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals in accordance with the Act. A fee should be submitted for the following matters of approval:
1. Employment permits or their extension (work permits for tutorial school teachers) as stated in Article 5 of the Act.
2. Artist work permits or their extension as stated in Article 10 of the Act.
3. Work permits for graduates from the world’s top 200 universities as stated in Article 11 of the Act.
4. Work permits (work permits for children of majority age, work permits for the spouses of foreign specialist professionals and foreign senior professionals) as stated in Article 15 of the Act.
