Q2：How long can applicant apply for a foreigner’s employment permit?
A2：According to Enforcement Act of Hiring Foreigners based on Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below, each longest period of employment permit would be three years.
 
Q3：When can the applicant apply for an extension of the employment permit before the expiration of the original employment permit?
A3：According to Enforcement Act of Hiring Foreigners based on Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below, applicant should apply for the extension within sixty days before the expiration of the original employment permit.
 
Q4：If foreigners want to terminate the employment permit in advance, when should the applicant propose to revoke the employment permit?
A4：According to Enforcement Act of Hiring Foreigners based on Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below, the applicant should propose this case within seven days after the resigning date.
 
Q5：If the expiration date of foreigner’s passport is shorter than the end date of hiring period, how can applicant do?
A5：According to Enforcement Act of Hiring Foreigners based on Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below, the hiring period should not be longer than the expiration date of passport. Thus, in that situation, choosing the expiration date of passport as the end of hiring period would be better.
 
Q6：If the validity of foreigner’s teaching qualification document is insufficient, how can applicant do?
A6：According to Enforcement Act of Hiring Foreigners based on Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below, the hiring period should not be longer than the expiration date of teaching qualification document. Thus, in that situation, renewing teaching qualification document would be the best. What’s more, choosing the expiration date of teaching qualification document as the end of hiring period would be also a choice.
 
Q7：If a foreigner want to change employment subject, how can applicant do?
A7：Foreigners can change employment subject during the extension of permit if foreigner want to. The foreigner should also conform the regulation of new employment subject such as teaching experience. What’s more, propose the case through applying system after preparing all necessary documents.
 
Q8：If a foreigner change new passport (not the same number showed on original employment permit), how can applicant do?
A8：During the extension of permit, the foreigner should prepare original passport (showed on original employment permit) and new passport at the same time.
